  • Drafting and negotiation of all contracts ancillary to exploration and production projects (joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements, EPC contracts, joint operating agreements, O&M contracts, etc)

M & A AND DUE DILIGENCE

  • Assistance in the purchase and sale of hydrocarbon assets in Algeria
  • Due Diligence (in particular to identify the authorisations required for the asset transfer in the light of the applicable regulations)
